A firm price, where the dealer quotes one single price to a client regardless of whether that customer is buying or selling from the dealer. In effect the bid price (at which the dealer buys) and the offer price (at which he sells) are exactly the same, so there is no spread between the two. He is quoting at a zero spread. Also called either way.
